Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item is not defective, but you change your mind and don't want the item anymore, please return to us within the 14 days to get a full refund. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
If the item is defective, please contact us and return within the 14 days. Kindly keep the original packaging and return to us to get a full refund.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at cs@petigoods.com. In the email, please include your order number and a brief description of your reason for return. Our representative will provide you with instructions on what to do next.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For examples, a product is used and not in its original condition, a product is damaged because of mishandling by a user.
Refunds
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return shipping costs
To return a defective item, you don't need to pay any return shipping cost. Send us an email at cs@petigoods.com and we will let you know where to return. Please pay the postal cost first and we will refund to you.
To return an unwanted product, however, the return shipping fee will be at your own cost and it is non-refundable. Contact us before returning and we will guide you through it.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
